KeepMe processes a source photo, garment reference, generated preview, preserve zones, and integrity measurements only to provide the try-on session you request.

What we process

Images and derived visual measurements are sensitive session data. We do not use them for advertising, demographic inference, face recognition, model training, or unrelated analytics.

Retention and deletion

Session artifacts expire after the displayed session window or are deleted immediately when you select delete. Production storage deletion is verified before the session receives a deletion confirmation. Non-identifying security, usage, consent, and deletion events may be retained for service operation and legal compliance.

Service providers

When live mode is selected, images are sent to the disclosed virtual try-on and eligible consistency providers under server-to-server credentials. Controlled demo mode uses synthetic fixtures and no personal image.

Your choices

You can decline the Identity Contract, disable optional checks, download your signed receipt, or delete the session. Contact the retailer presenting KeepMe for access, deletion, or privacy requests.

Important scope

KeepMe evaluates visible consistency. It does not establish legal identity, infer sensitive traits, provide medical advice, or guarantee physical garment fit.
